My professional journey has afforded me a deep and unique understanding of the hospitality industry. With experience in various roles, I've come to appreciate the inherent opportunities and challenges, especially for those in leadership positions.
I'm proud to share that I am an industry success story growing a career from a PBX operator to the General Manager of two award-winning Wyndham Hotels. My journey is a testament to the industry's potential for growth and success.
I've been fortunate to have had exceptional mentors, forge lifelong friendships, and collect countless hotel stories.
In 2021, I embarked on a new chapter, transitioning to a career as a strategic advisor and executive coach. I completed my coaching education with the Universal Coaching Institute in New York and became a certified communication coach and facilitator. With over 2,000 hours of professional coaching experience, I've developed and put into practice the skills to support individuals in achieving their fullest potential.
In 2023, I made the decision to focus my executive coaching efforts on how company culture drives operational excellence in hospitality and how turnover being "normal" is just not something to accept as "normal". Today, I'm dedicated to serving all sectors of hospitality as a leadership coach, consultant, and mentor.
